I highly recommend Edgewater Pools & Spa Services for weekly pool cleaning/maintenance, and for any heating, pump or other pool issues. Thomas cleans/services our pool on a weekly basis. Thomas is punctual, reliable, trustworthy, professional and keeps are pool very clean!Recently, we had an issue with our pool heater, and Luis came out immediately and repaired the problem on the spot. The company did not even charge me for the replacement part, just the service call. Luis was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Exceptional service!Again, I highly recommend Edgewater Pools & Spa Services!!

Luis was the pool technician from Edgewater Pools that arrived at my home to look at a “pool fill” issue I was having. He called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, polite and showed me the issue I was having. Luis gave me a few options for repair and provided the Pros&Cons of each remedy. I made an educated decision for the fix. I’ve been an Edgewater customer since 2017 and have never been disappointed service. I truly feel paying for great service is worth it. I highly recommend Edgewater Pools in Naples, Fl.

We were happy to get Luis as our technician. He was very thorough in what he did, explained changes to us, and all with a great attitude. He took the time to answer all questions. Definitely, ask for Luis if you need maintenance support!

I called Edgewater Pools for service after a guest had attempted to 'adjust' the pool temperature setting, which resulted in the pool temperature heating to 102 degrees. Luis came out expediently the next day and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. He re-programmed the controls and spent a good deal of time teaching me how to properly adjust them myself. He was patient and understanding while he demonstrated how the control panel works. Additionally, he was friendly and very knowledgeable about his work. I highly recommend Edgewater Pools and Spa, and especially recommend Luis! Thank you again for such great service!

Luis and Odell are amazing! We haven’t had a working hot tub since basically moving in but Luis and Odell each came out and fixed different things that popped up because our other service didn’t take this much care. Both have serviced us each for the last month and it is already such a difference. They take care of our pool and communicate well with one another to know what happened the last time they were out. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I recently moved into a house in Naples. I had a problem with my pool system when I arrived on New Year’s Eve. I called your organization and a gentleman by the name of Eric came to my house. Even though it was a very busy New Year’s Eve and he had many calls to make, he took the time to expertly diagnose and repair my problem. I cannot tell you how happy I was with his service. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to your firm. My gratitude is to him and your company. I am really pleased with your company, and with Erick and Rey especially, for taking such good care of our pool while we were gone these last 20 months. It was such a pleasure to have a weekly email showing us the status of the pool as well as the picture which just made us want to be in Florida so much more.When we knew we were finally able to come to Florida this year, we had someone start up our heater for us and of course, after not being used for a while, there was an issue. Erick responded very quickly and got us set up to have it repaired very timely. We really appreciate this.We were able to speak with Rey last time he came to clean the pool and he was happy to share his knowledge with us on things he had to do to keep our pool running correctly and keeping it clean. He is doing an outstanding job of maintaining our pool and we really appreciate it.

Eric is very dependable & professional! The pool is the cleanest it’s ever been, thanks to his schedule of maintenance, such as back washing the filter regularly. The previous company never did this, just charge me for a filter replacement once a year, and let the pool turn Green! (Name begins with an N!).5 Star Service at a fair price!

Edgewater Pools is a very good pool service company. They really care. Every week Rey comes to our house and he is always thorough in checking and cleaning everything and we are notified immediately by Rey if there’s any issues. Also we receive a detailed written report weekly with pictures which is so helpful if we are away. WeI highly recommend Edgewater and in fact because of our great experience with Edgewater the neighbors on both sides now use Edgewater!

Hi , I just wanted to say what a great job Sam, is doing on our pool. He is always polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. He has shown us how to keep the pool cleaner and what to do if there is a problem. The pool and surrounding area is always sparkling and clean after he leaves. Very friendly young man and hard working. Look forward to speaking with him every week. Great job hiring such a nice young man.
